At This-MAN, we stand behind products listed herein and expect every item you receive to meet the high standards you deserve. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—no unnecessary hassle, just straightforward solutions.

🕒 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds, so act while the matter is fresh.

✅ Eligibility: What Can Be Returned?

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • It must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, or practicality, the following cannot be returned:

  • Personal care & grooming items (e.g., opened perfumes, colognes, beard oils).
  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., monogrammed wallets, tailored suits*).
  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, socks).
  • Electronics & car accessories if installed, used, or missing original packaging.
  • Gift cards or digital products.

Note: Tailored suits may only be returned if unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

🔁 Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. If you need an exchange, email refunds@man.co.ke with your order details and reason for exchange. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

💸 Refund Process

  1. Request & Approval: Email us at refunds@man.co.ke. We’ll inspect your request and notify you of approval or rejection.
  2. Return Shipment: Once approved, you’ll return the item to our designated address (provided via email). You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
  3. Inspection & Refund: After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

⚠️ Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • The item shows signs of use or wear.
  • Original packaging or accessories are missing.
  • The item is returned after 30 days.

🎁 Sale Items & Gifts

  • Sale/discounted items are final and cannot be refunded.
  • Gift returns: If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed. Otherwise, the refund goes to the original purchaser.

📦 Return Shipping Tips

  • Use a tracked and insured service for valuable items.
  • We do not guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

⌛ Late or Missing Refunds?

If your refund hasn’t arrived after 14 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or mobile money provider (processing times vary).
  2. Contact your card issuer or M-Pesa support.
  3. Still missing? Reach out to us at refunds@man.co.ke.
